Hip & SI Joint Issues

The pelvis is the foundation that supports your spine, and the hip and sacroiliac (SI) joints play an important role in transferring forces between your upper and lower body. Restricted joint motion, muscle imbalance, previous injuries, repetitive activity, or altered pelvic mechanics can change the way these forces are distributed and lead to pain around the hip, buttock, groin, or low back.

Chiropractic care can help restore normal motion to restricted joints of the pelvis, SI region, and lumbar spine while addressing surrounding mechanical imbalances. Because hip, pelvic, and low-back problems often influence one another, we evaluate the entire region rather than simply treating the spot that hurts.
