Low Back Pain

Low back pain can come from many different sources, including restricted spinal joints, poor posture, muscle imbalance, disc problems, arthritis, previous injuries, or simply years of abnormal stress on the spine. While the location of the pain matters, it doesn’t always tell us where the underlying problem began. Changes in spinal alignment and movement can alter the way forces are distributed through the joints, discs, muscles, and surrounding tissues.

At 603 Chiropractic, we look beyond the symptom to evaluate how your spine is actually structured and functioning. Chiropractic adjustments help restore motion to restricted joints and improve spinal mechanics, while other techniques such as flexion-distraction, decompression, corrective exercises, and postural correction may be incorporated when appropriate. The goal isn’t simply to make your back feel better—it’s to improve the way it moves and functions.
