Lifestyle, Nutrition & Supplement Guidance

What happens outside the chiropractic office matters. Your work environment, exercise habits, sleep, posture, daily movement, stress, nutrition, and recovery habits can all influence how your body feels, functions, and responds to care.

At 603 Chiropractic, lifestyle and nutritional guidance are not separate programs. They are part of the conversations we have throughout your care. When appropriate, Dr. Pratt can help you identify practical changes that support the work being done in the office and move you closer to your personal health goals.

That might mean modifying your workstation, changing the way you train, adding specific mobility or strengthening exercises, improving your sleep and recovery habits, or finding realistic ways to move more throughout the day. It may also include general nutritional guidance or a conversation about supplements that could support recovery, inflammation, energy, healthy tissues, and overall health.

Recommendations are individualized and designed to be realistic and sustainable. The goal is not perfection. It is to help you make informed choices and develop habits that support your progress both inside and outside the chiropractic office. Nutritional and supplement guidance is intended to complement, not replace, appropriate medical care or treatment for nutritional or metabolic conditions.
